Tri-Fixx owns and runs a custom made, fully automated powder-coating facility, enabling us to supply our customers with the highest quality coloured head screws on demand.  Located at our Melbourne site, the machine is capable of processing large volumes of screws, applying Australian made powder that precisely matches the BlueScope ColorBond^® range of colours, and then oven-baking them to cure into a hard, scratch-resistant coat. This process is totally free of any Volitile Organic Compounds (VOC's), solvents and harmful emmisions and generates less waste during application compared with liquid spray-painting.  The powder-coating process is an enviromentally friendly process and provides superior UV resistance and greater durability, even in the most demanding applications and environments.  Why use anything else!
